Remarks	Request from Mr.V.Govindankutty to reduce the distance from the forest boundary from 100m to 50 mts -- SEIAA has suggested a joint field inspection involving SEAC and Kerala Forest Department. This decision was in the 95th SEIAA Meeting on 29th July 2019.This may be followed up by SEIAA. Dr. P.S.Easa is nominated to represent SEAC in this regard. 116th SEAC decided to reject the request of the proponent, since it is in violation of the minimum distance criteria with reference to forest area. 106th SEIAA decided that his request cannot be considered. The Director, M&G shall be informed to take action against the proponent for violation of distance criteria
