Remarks	A complaint has been received and the Authority decided to forward the complaint to the Director, Mining & Geology to take appropriate action under KMMC rules for the violations if any under intimation to SEIAA. The copy of the Letter addressed to the Director, Mining & Geology along with copy of the petition may be forwarded to the District Collector, Kozhikkode and the District Geologist for information and necessary follow up actions as per KMMC Rules. The 124th SEAC Meeting Committee scrutinized the documents /details. The proponent had withdrawn application for extension of EC. The Committee decided to recommend to the SEIAA to direct the proponent to comply with some conditions within six months and on satisfactory submission of the compliance report of the above, the proponent will be eligible for revalidation of EC order with the project life of 19 years from the date of issuance of the first EC order subject to review every five years. The 112th SEIAA Meeting Authority decided to consider the EC revalidation proposal recommended by SEAC.
