Remarks	The 121st SEAC deferred for field inspection The 112th SEIAA Meeting, Authority decided the following: 1. Authority decided to inform the Project Proponent that he has already been given EC for 14 years and the life of mine is also 14 years and hence there is no need to revalidate EC as recommended by SEAC. 2. As the area is more than 5 Ha, as per the directions contained in the OM F.NO.L-11011/175/2018-IA-II(M) dated 12.12.2018 of MoEF&CC the project Proponent shall arrange for a public hearing as per the guidelines given in EIA notification 2006 (Appendix1V) and implement the recommendations of Public hearing. The follow action taken shall be informed to SEIAA and mentioned in the half yearly compliance report.
