Reason for Pendency
Remarks	The 118th SEAC considered the proposal for revalidation as per the Judgment dated.02.11.2020 in WP(C) No.17533/2020 and 23 other cases. The Proponent and Consultant were present. the consultant made the presentation, The Committee directed the Proponent to submit certain additional documents. The 120th SEAC discussed and accepted the additional details submitted by the proponent. The Committee entrusted Dr.S.Sreekumar & Dr.A.V Raghu with the field inspection. The 124th SEAC Meeting Committee scrutinised the files in this regard and decided to recommend to the SEIAA to direct the proponent to comply with some conditions within six months and on satisfactory submission of the compliance report of the above, the proponent will be eligible for revalidation of EC order with the project life of 18 years from the date of issuance of the first EC order subject to review every five years.
