The Proponent and Consultant were present. the consultant made the presentation, The Committee directed the Proponent to submit certain additional documents. The 120th SEAC deferred for field inspection. The 124th SEAC Meeting Committee discussed the Field Inspection Report and decided to direct the proponent to apply afresh since the proposal is not eligible for revalidation.
