Request to remove the Ordinary earth from the site. 105th SEIAA refer the case to SEAC. 116th SEAC invite the proponent to present the clarification as suggested by SEIAA. 117th SEAC for field inspection. The proposal was placed in the 120th meeting of SEAC. The Committee recommends to SEIAA that it is not desirable to revise the EC issued for removal of earth, without revision of the building plan. The 122nd SEAC invite the proponent for presentation. In 123rd SEAC Meeting, Committee heard both the proponent & the consultant and directed the proponent to submit the hearing note in this regard. The 124th SEAC Committee Committee scrutinized the hearing note submitted by the proponent. As per the revised plan total BUA is less than 20,000 sq. m for which no prior environmental clearance is required. So the proponent is advised to submit modified plan approved by competent authority to take a final decision on the matter. |
