Remarks	The proponent submitted a request dated 27.03.2021.Stating that as per the MoEF& CC Notification S.O.1141(E) dated on 29.04.2015,the validity period of EC has been changed to 7 years So the proponent requested to issue the EC for a validity period of 7 years instead of 5 year The 109th SEIAA noted that the existing EC is still having validity till 05-02-2026 ie for five more years and the Project Proponent has not given any specific reasons for extension of EC to 7 years.
