Reason for Pendency
Remarks	The proponent as per letter dated 03.02.2020 has requestedto grant EC for mining of laterite stone for the total quantity of 32859MT as specified in the approved Mining Plan instead of 1460m3. The proponent pointed out that the total quantity of mining of laterite stone as per approved Mining Plan is 32859 MT. But the proponent mentioned the total quantity as 1460 m3 in the application by mistake. The proponent request to convert the quantity of mining of laterite stone as 32859MT instead of 1460m3. 103rd SEIAA decided that as the difference is huge and a field inspection is also not carried out, SEAC may clarify the position and recommend accordingly. 111th SEAC recommend the EC for 32859 MT Authority (104th SEIAA) decided to issue a corrigendum to the EC already issued correcting the quantity from 1460 m3 to 32859 MT as recommended by SEAC. The proponent shall follow the terms and conditions in the EC already issued. 106th SEIAA decided to extend the validity period of EC for a period of one year.
