Remarks	The 119th SEAC considered the proposal for revalidation as per the Judgment dated.02.11.2020 in WP(C) No.17533/2020 and 23 other cases. The Proponent and Consultant were present. the consultant made the presentation, The approved mining plan contains details of 5 years only. Therefore, the request cannot be accepted. The Director of Mining and Geology furnished proceedings of Quarrying lease to M/s Gimsak Developers (P) Ltd. In the proceedings it is mentioned that they decided to grant quarrying lease as per the forwarded approved mining plan (life of mine is 10 years) from District Geologist. The 121st SEAC deferred for field inspection. The 111th SEIAA Meeting Authority agreed to the withdrawal of the revalidation proposal by the Project Proponent as recommended by SEAC.
