The Proponent and Consultant were present. the RQP made the presentation, The Committee decided to examine the file further. The 123rd SEAC Meeting Committee discussed and accepted the Field Inspection Report and decided to direct the proponent to submit some documents/ details, On satisfactory submission of the above, revalidated EC with the total project life of 7 years equaling the mine life of 7 years can be recommended The 112th SEIAA Meeting Authority noted that SEAC has recommended for the revalidation of EC on satisfactory submission of the following details/documents 1. Mine waste dumping details with retention walls. 2. Revised Drainage plan suitable for the project area. 3. Compliance report of special conditions. Authority decided to inform the Project Proponent to submit the above details at the earliest for the revalidation of EC period.
