Remarks	The 118th SEAC considered the proposal for revalidation as per the Judgment dated.02.11.2020 in WP(C) No.17533/2020 and 23 other cases. The Proponent and Consultant were present. the consultant made the presentation, The Committee directed the Proponent to submit certain additional documents. The 120th SEAC deferred for field inspection. The 123rd SEAC Meeting Committee discussed the Field Inspection Report in this regard and decided to defer the item for scrutiny of physical files. The 124th SEAC Meeting Committee scrutinised the files in this regard and decided to recommend to the SEIAA to direct the proponent to comply with some conditions within six months and on satisfactory submission of the compliance report of the above, the proponent will be eligible for revalidation of EC order with the project life of ten years from the date of issuance of the first EC order subject to review every five years. The 112th SEIAA Meeting Authority decided to consider the EC revalidation proposal recommended by SEAC.
