Remarks	The 118th SEAC considered the proposal for revalidation as per the Judgment dated.02.11.2020 in WP(C) No.17533/2020 and 23 other cases. The Proponent and Consultant were present. the consultant made the presentation, The Committee directed the Proponent to submit certain additional documents. The 120 th SEAC discussed the matter and decided to inform SEIAA that the proposal of M/S Tasna mines is under processing and since NGT criteria on the distance norms is not satisfactory in the proposal, EC has not been recommended so far. The 125th SEAC deferred the proposal The 113th SEIAA held on 19th & 20th April 2022 decided to handover a certified copy of the file related to the EC issued to Tasna Mines as per the request from the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau.
