Remarks	The Secretary Madakkathara Grama Panchayath instruct that complaints were received against the quarry 99th SEIAA decided to for the Panchayat Secretary's request to District Collector, Thrissur for report and necessary further action. 102nd SEIAA decided to give a personal hearing to the proponent in the forthcoming SEIAA meeting proposed to be held in the month of March 2020. The proponent vide his email dated.18.06.2020 has informed that he is unable to attend the personal hearing due COVID 19 pandemic and he has requested to postpone the hearing. Authority (104th SEIAA) decided to call the proponent for a personal hearing in the next meeting of SEIAA The 105th SEIAA decided issue show cause notice to the proponent The 107th SEIAA decided To ascertain from the Project Proponent whether he has taken any follow up action on the directions contained in the above cited Judgment to obtain clearance from National Board for Wild life. To ascertain from the Director, Directorate of Environment and Climate change who is the 5^th respondent in the W.P.(C) ,the follow action taken to process the wild life clearance file of the Project Proponent as directed in the Judgment and the present position .(enclose acopy of the Judgment ). To inform DC Thrissur that follow up action on his letter dated 17.01.2019 can be taken only after ascertaining the above positions.( copy of the Judgment shall be enclosed).
