Remarks	The proposal was placed in 123rd SEAC Meeting due to Mass petition filed by shri. M. Aneesh along with the local residents of Madapuram, Ettimoodu, Ozhukupara & Parambikulam Villages regarding the quarry operations functioning in Manickal Grama Panchayath , Committee decided to direct Dr. C Bhaskaran, Dr. R. Ajayakumar Varma and Shri.K. Krishna Panicker is directed to conduct the field inspection urgently. The 124th SEAC Meeting The project proponent may be given six months for proper compliance of EC conditions. If he fails to comply EC conditions satisfactorily after this period the EC may be cancelled. The 112th SEIAA Meeting Authority decided to: 1. Inform the Project Proponent to attend all the observations made by SEAC wihin six months for the proper compliance of the EC conditions. If he fails to comply with the EC conditions satisfactorily within this period, after a field inspection by SEAC the EC will be cancelled. 2. A suitable reply may be given to Govt. indicating field inspection and recommendation by SEAC and decision of Authority.
